24/7 Vehicle Recovery to The Factory
If your vehicle can’t be driven, we can arrange recovery to our workshop — 24 hours a day. UK-wide vehicle recovery can be arranged through The Factory’s recovery network.
Recovery is fulfilled by our recovery partner. It is different from our free local collection, which is for driveable vehicles.
Recovery versus collection
Free local collection and return is for driveable cars, within approximately five miles, by arrangement. Recovery is for non-driveable vehicles and can be arranged further afield.

A Master Technician-led workshop with seven mechanical ramps, a dedicated MOT ramp and dealer-level diagnostics. Faults are shown to you and additional work is quoted before it goes ahead.
We stand behind the work we carry out. Parts and workmanship are covered in accordance with your statutory rights and any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Please ask us for details relevant to your repair.
