When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, vehicle registration, mileage, postcode and a description of the work needed. We use this to respond to your enquiry, quote for and carry out work, and keep records of work performed.

Our enquiry forms do not submit data to our website. Instead, they open WhatsApp with a pre-written message on your device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

If you call or email us, we may record your details and the content of your enquiry to deal with your request and any resulting work.

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

We keep customer and vehicle records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.

You have rights under UK data protection law, including access to and correction of your personal data. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
