The Factory exists to provide main-dealer-level technical capability with the communication and accessibility of a high-quality independent workshop.

The workshop is led by a Master Technician with BMW and Jaguar Land Rover training, supported by technicians whose experience includes manufacturer training from Volkswagen, Vauxhall and Ford. Together the team brings more than 15 years of automotive industry experience.

We work on everything from everyday hatchbacks and vans to prestige cars, hybrids and full EVs. Diagnosis comes first, communication is clear — photos or video of faults where appropriate — and additional work is always quoted before it goes ahead.
