Vehicle Coding & Programming in Sunbury-on-Thames

Many modern parts need to be introduced to the car electronically. Replacement modules, batteries, injectors and some sensors may require coding or programming before they work correctly.

We carry out coding and programming as part of repairs, including BMW modules using specialist equipment.

What coding is — and isn’t

Coding tells a module how the vehicle is configured. Programming loads software onto a module. Both are about making repairs work correctly.

Coding is not the same as ECU remapping, which changes engine calibration. We don’t code out emissions equipment.

What we check

  • Module software level
  • Vehicle configuration
  • Fault codes after work

What we can do

  • Module coding after replacement
  • Software programming where supported
  • Battery and injector coding
