Why Is My Car Dropping on One Corner Overnight?

By The Factory Technical Team

A car dropping on one corner overnight almost always has an air leak at that corner — spring, pipe or valve.

The short answer

Air suspension holds the car up with pressurised air springs. If one corner drops while parked, air is escaping from that corner.

Why it matters

The compressor has to work harder to compensate, shortening its life. Fixing the leak early can avoid a compressor replacement.

How leaks are found

Springs, pipes and valve blocks are tested, and diagnostic data is reviewed for sensor and compressor faults.

Driving

If the car has dropped significantly, avoid driving it — contact us about collection or recovery.
